How to Reduce Stress During a Trade
We usually get very stressed during trading. Our brains are not used to deal with unpredictability. We want to know what's going to happen. And during trading its usually not the case. There is always a 50% chance of success. This unpredictable situation creates anxiety and stress. Do you find yourself at the edge of your chair and become an exploding super nova?. I used to have that. But there is a very simple remedy to that.
I am going to share a simple technique that should take care of Anxiety, Stress and Tension during trading.
Technique for Stress and Anxiety Reduction During Trades
As soon as you enter a trade. All you have to do is Start Noticing "Your Breathing". In Fact, Why not notice your breathing right now. Do it now.
Notice your breathing. What happened when you noticed your breathing. I'm sure you either stopped breathing, took a deeper breath or something like that. Did you see as soon as you put your focus on your breathing "you changed your breathing".
When in a trade and you feel tension just focus on your breathing. And when you focus start taking Deep Slow Breaths in and out. And keep observing them. keep your eyes on the chart and keep breathing nice and slow, deep in and slow out. Try taking in as much air as possible. Hold for 1 second and release slowly. This exercise will relieve 80% of the stress and anxiety.
One Extra Tip: If you can try saying this phrase aloud or whisper to your self.
"Every Day, In Every Way, I'm getting Better and Better"
"Every Day, In Every Way, I'm getting Better and Better"
"Every Day, In Every Way, I'm getting Better and Better"
This Self Suggestion Phrase is tried and tested. it will not only help you relieve stress and tension during a trade it will also re-programme your sub-concious towards getting better and better everyday. it can do miracles. Try it.
Cheers

Re: Stress Reduction Technique
Thanks very much, Immy. I've already tried your breathing technique when in a trade today, and I do have to admit it's helped me a lot. I know many people will be skeptical about this, but trying is very cheap, actually totally free of charge except a little commitment.
