Terminology clarification

Unread post by CHEROMEYS »

Hi All,

I firstly apologise if my questions seem a bit tedious for some of you more experienced Traders out there.
I have come across a few quotes from the manual that I am not 100% unsure of their meaning while I'm kind of sure what they mean it's always nice to get an expert(s) word on it, also is it in regards to the M1-M5 or both of them?

Here are the Quotes

1) Do not trade into the alligators mouth.
2) Do not feed the alligator.
3) Don not trade in the alligators mouth.

Thanks

Roman

Hi Roman, never worry about asking questions, or else you'll never know the answer!

These three terms all mean essentially the same thing. 'The alligator' is the three lines, the green, red and blue lines. And we always want to be taking our trades away from these three lines, i.e. out of the alligator's mouth, always best to show with pics....
