It means a corrective wave against the trend - a retrace. PC stands for Principle C. That's because corrective waves are ABC formations and end in C wave. Usually this can be seen as a new AIMS level against the trend and after that the price continues with the trend. "Observing PC" is to sticking in the trade even the price goes against you temporarily and after the price continues to go your favor you can even add-on to the position.

Please find a PDF document in advanced techniques section. Also this was heavily discussed in Immy's journal some months ago. I could find links for you, but unfortunately I don't have time now. Sorry.

Just my opinion...Immy might have some more into this...

Edit: Darren, this is the PDF: http://itradeaims.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=618" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Edit 2: Please start reading from here: http://itradeaims.net/forum/viewtopic.p ... &start=300" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; There a lot to digest but definitely worth of reading. My opinion!

Have fun!

Thanks for the answer Tomi.

I was just wondering how the longer term trades are managed, because if you are waiting to see if a PC occurs then you cannot have a hard stop at the high of the last Aims box?

Just curious. :)

Thanks Tomi, Agreed Herbert... a good response. Just goes to show that the spirit of the community is still alive and glowing! thanks..

Darren to answer your last question, by observing PC you would put your SL 2 AIMS levels behind. That is a "psychologically harder thing to do" and this gives you an edge in the markets. "Be willing to do the things that others are not"

EUR/GBP H1 Nice Setup, relatively big box but good setup in the direction of H4. but not yet daily. So Single Arrow.

No no! I try to show pictures randomly using Classic, V5.1 or Arrows so that readers can appreciate how the setups appear using all 3 templates.

I mostly use Classic Setup for Higher Time Frames that is H1. H1 is really simple and easy since it takes a total of 40min (even less) per day to capture most of the market activity during a day and the trades can capture most of the weekly range.

cheers

The setup did not have a good sized AIMS box, and thus not a good one!
