1) Not just any M5 AIMS level, but when M5 seems to settle down to a range, then it gets interesting. I don't want to get too analytical for rules but maybe at least 2 new upper and 2 new lower AIMS levels are needed. The best situation is when there are many upper and lower M5 AIMS levels in tight range. In that case M5 is most likely sleeping also. The move before the range affects also. If there is a big move before the M5 range I'll skip it as it would indicate a possible W3 ending.

2) When the M5 range is broken the only thing I wait for is M1/S1 setups in the direction of M5 range break. If there is a new formed M5 level I do the same as always: if M5 level is < 5 pips away from M1 level I use M5 level for PO. So no waiting for break of new M5 level.

3) Would set the PO above M5 level and not waiting for M5 break.
