As for Tues and Wednesday I didnt get any chart time as was too busy parking damn ships and actually having to earn a living… lol

Was actually off work today but came off nights and missed the LO, managed to trade form just after LO through to mid NY, although there were no set ups that adhered to my rules after NY opened

Only 2 trades today which were:

I admire you consistency and discipline. This truly is an exemplary journal. I urge everyone to download the pdf on a daily basis and try to see the charts on your own platform, may be using the F12 key and see how the setups develop. Charts often look funny before a setup takes off nicely. ~Train your eyes for this particular picture and you will achieve the goal of "Trading what you see, not what you Think". Was off work again today so traded the first couple of hours of London, went for a bike ride and missed the trade of the week… expensive bike ride… lol. Got back for NYO and had 1 more trade, called a week around 3pm GMT

3 trades today which were:

1. -4
2. +17
3. 0

Total +13(+1%)

So my week was ok seeing I had no trades at all Tues/Weds…it ended at +50.5 (+3.88%)

Thanks for the kind words, the journal actually makes me more disciplined as i know that i have to post my trades in it every day (good and bad ones), knowing members like yourself are watching/reading it makes me follow the rules even more...

Hi everyone,

Finished a night shift this morning expecting to get some trading time today but got home to sick twins who I have looked after all day…

Which turns out to be a blessing in disguise I guess as looking back over the days EU charts I reckon I would have taken a 4% hit today (2% in London and 2% in NY)…. 8/10 rents on the bounce….

If I take a 2% hit in a session then I usually walk away and come back for the next session. SO I would not have taken the 2 longs that paid all the rents back around London closing….

I hope you all managed to minimise your Draw down on what looked a crap day all round…
