Sept 6, post NFP trade

- Short UJ after price retracement @50% (more or less...)
- Short 2 x @0.5%
- Exit half @ 1:1
- 0.5% free trade running
- Chart below
usdjpy-m5.png
Comments
- Unexpected NFP value = I was pretty prepared for a "good" NFP value, not that prepared for a "bad" one
- So need to change plans
- I saw UJ in a kind of saddle point, so decides to follow it...Good choice -with a bit of luck, as always...-

- News was going "in favor" of my AU trade -which I exited 5 minutes before NFP
- While posting this, I see a SEED forming on H1 --> I'll get back into LONG AU if SED is broken soon...

Final comments
- Again a very profitable week, as though I were a "good" trader -which I am not in my opinion-
- What I mean is just following the rules, and adapting to Market yield to 1 month 1 week of profit
- Cant' be but GRATEFUL, very very GRATEFUL, thank you thank you...ALL (ALL including Luck, "God"...and of course AIMSters here!!!)

- Starting tomorrow I'll be on vacation with my wife Vé for a 2 weeks trip in La Réunion -back on Sept 23 then-. I'll definitely keep on trading here and there, it's kind of part of my life now!!!

Have a wonderful WE all, and as always wish you plenty of PIPs, and even more plenty of Happiness!!!

Sept 9, 1st vacation day

- land @ 9am local time in Saint Denis de la Réunion.
- wonderful sun, good temperature
- while my wife unpacked, I take a quick glimpse to charts, and...

- long EU upon a SEED, as usual 2 x @0.5%
- as usual exit half @ 1:1
- then need to leave for lunch and afternoon beach party...
- so left remaining 0.5 trade on trailing SL
- return from the beach = excellent surprise = price hit my Target (set to 61.2% of sub wave 1 of wave 3)
- I don't count profit, it's big once more!!!!
- chart below
eurusd-h1.png
...and my wife managed to get my promise not to trade tomorrow and Wed -how could I, since we will be on a trekking thru local mountains...-

I'm grateful, I'm grateful, I'm grateful!!!!!

Sept 23, day trade

Back from vacation, and glad to trade again -should I say at last :) ...-

- set-up S1 on AU
- very classical entry BUY 2 x 0.5%, exit half @1:1, then add 2 x 0.5%, exit half @1:1
- currently 2 free trades @0.5% each running
- start on M5, end up on H1 thanks to a SEED
- expect a wave 5 on H1
- M5 chart below

Comments
- I did not have much time today, but managed to take this only one
- Seems that I did not forget my classicals during my vacation...good news
- While my wife was reading "fifty shades of grey", I got time to complete my reading of Bill Williams classic "trading chaos..." Wow, enlightening, really enlightening
- Understand even more the "roots" of AIMS

Nice trade Fran. (wd)

I initially thought it was a bit early but looking at the trade it looks great! Gator on H1 was sloping up slightly, W3 had finished - looking for W5 as you said, and although the M5 gator was sloping down overall green was horizontal and entry was above the red line. Nice. :-bd

Cheers,

Darren

September 24, morning trade

- got a SEED on EJ H1
- buy 2 x 0.5%
- Exit half @1:1
- 0.5% free trade still running
- price could be in wave 5 (?)
- chart below
eurjpy-h1.png
Comments
- again a very "easy" trade: obvious entry, no hesitation, pretty sure that "all is well"...
- there are other opportunities I saw e.g. UJ, EG...I am still not very comfortable following more than 1 trade at a time. I'll start taking a second trade on a demo account and see how I can follow the 2 live trades -prioritizing the live one of course :) ...-
- EW becomes more and more familiar = I'm not at all trying to get a precise count, but I want to know "where price is" = is it in an impulse wave, which one etc. And little by little, things get clearer...And taking a decision with all these "certitude" (there is no real certitude but I'm sure you get what I mean...), when you see price going in the right way (meaning you are right), wow this is such a good time!!!

Thx very much for your kind words, and wise comments Darren. I'm new to "counting" EW (again I'm not really counting, just trying to define where price is...) and believe me I'm very happy that you confirm that I am sort of right

Again big thank you buddy!!!

Hi Fran, this is what you wrote.....

"- again a very "easy" trade: obvious entry, no hesitation, pretty sure that "all is well"..."

I hope you keep doing the same thing you've been doing everyday and writing this on every single trade! If it's not easy then don't take it, you're doing great, change nothing!

Thx very much Dave! I really mean what I wrote, saying it's "easy" = you can just SEE it, concretely. When I started if set up was not obvious I try to "make it happen", to "imagine" it...Big mistake = if it's not there, then it's not there, just wait...So now I'm grasping ONLY "easy"/evident set-ups...And it DOES work perfectly!!!

Thx once more Dave!!!
