An excellent book. Once you start applying this stuff, things change ! A lot of it sounds a little ethereal but if you put it into the context of your life you will begin to see the power and believe me this is not just "positive thinking."

No, I have a faint memory of seeing these mp3s before somewhere but I certainly haven't listed. I will do so and let you know my comments.

I am keen to share a lot on this side of the forum. As Mark Douglas explains in TITZ (still love that acronym) learning as much about markets only leads to further paradoxes, understanding your own mind is infinitely more important, not just for trading but for life itself. Once you start asking better questions and setting better goals you start to accelerate exponentially. Health, wealth, happiness and wisdom.

For example, I have a goal to live to see the 22nd century. Who's in ?

Hi Dave,
I have now listened to the MP3s you kindly shared. I only listened once and I thought it was ok. It was similar to other such recordings I have listened to in the past. I certainly felt relaxed and in a DEEP SLEEP.

The next day I found $20 in the back pocket of my jeans so I can vouch for the veracity of the recordings. I am going to listen again tonight and dream about winning the lottery .... to hell with hopeless optimism !! :D

Trading is a pattern recognition game. As traders we make decisions in an uncertain environment. Anything can happen. We trade the setups with the highest probility and reflect on our trades in samplesizes of 20. It is our job to keep our mind(s) focused, relaxed, enjoyed and to trust ourself in the proces of staying diciplined to our trading plan. We plan our trade and then trade our plan.
