Re: Darren's Journal
No trades for the last couple of days of last week. This morning I have had one trade so far, basically a break even trade.

Re: Darren's Journal
A couple more trades this afternoon. One was a full rent which I was hesitant in taking as it wasn't one of my high probability trades and against the main trend, followed by a nice winner.
Slightly up for the day overall. :-bd

Thanks Sam.fxsam wrote:Good work Darren. I had rent on GU yesterday. I am glad that you recover your loss. Keep it up. :-bd

One trade this morning. I missed the main move this morning because of a windows update that took about 30-45 mins to install after the reboot which I wasn't expecting! Grrrr.

Re: Darren's Journal
I am posting this chart so that I can remind myself to stick to my own rules and give myself a talking to!!! Have a look at the chart and you will see why.
I also had to leave the computer just as there was multiple M1 setups after NFP so I didn't take any others apart from this one which was a shame as they would have all been profitable.
Profitable day but only just, and it could have been so much better!
Oh well. Next...

Darren. dont beat yourself up. don't be hard on yourself.... this was a great trade. If we all did the same trades and made the same decision "in-trade" decisions, the market will not move, it will die. So we all manage our trades differently. Sticking to the rules is definitely important. Well done on this fine trade.
I'd also like to add that , VOLATILITY is key, specially for M1 traders. And luckily we can tell when that would likely happen. We know that it usually would happen around Open times and it will happen around news times. People stay away from news and open times and the PRO's trade around those times, why? because when there is "interest" from millions of trades, is when people start to disagree on value and agree on price, and thats why markets move. if they agree on value and disagree on price, there is not much movement. Chaos = new incoming information and new information is only created when people disagree on value and agree on price. Chaos is freedom and we know, at least the aimsters know that Chaos Influx points are NEws and Open times. Be there and take m1 trades during highly volality and you'll be laughing. But, But, but, make sure you follow the rules. *(by you I mean myself and the rest of YOU)
