Thanks Sam.
It would be great to have an EA trading the same way as we do, but I don't think it it possible - just imagine if it was! :ymdaydream:

Re: Darren's Journal
Just the one trade this morning. There was several setups earlier this morning, all of them looked profitable but I was doing other stuff. I do still like seeing setups that work out though even if you aren't in them as it shows how well Aims can consistently work!

And one trade this afternoon after the news. Lovely M1 SEED but it was also a classic setup. Either one was a great trade.

A Fantastic trade, a fine example of Fractal geometry. If a setup works, given required amount of volatility is present, it works on all time frames. Higher time frames are safer but require bigger accounts and growth is accordingly slower but surer, on the other side lower time frames are faster and require lesser risk with faster growth or decline possibilities. If your personality and lifestyle can cope with such extreme and sometimes harsh conditions its worth the shot. M1ers are Formula one drivers... high risk high reward...
Darren you seem to have caught the essence of AIMS. I don't think you'll ever destroy an account after you've gained this insight/understanding of how the markets work. Well done mate.
Looking forward to more such trades... and yes, AIMS does work, because its in tune with the structure of hte market.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Immy. :-bd #
I have only just got back home and looking at the trade there was a possible 10 pips more on the table if I had trailed M1 Aims so not a huge amount in it, but I had to leave the trade and couldn't manage it anymore so was looking for an exit.
Trading can be good fun sometimes!

Re: Darren's Journal
Darren you seem to got the hang of the strategy and I wish you simply continue what you're doing. Do not change, do not innovate, do not improve it Simply follow it and I can almost guarantee you consistent success. I was wondering who would have caught this setup. And I'm glad you did.Darren wrote:Just the one trade today after the news and speech.

Thanks for the kind words Immy. I used to take a lot more setups but I find being selective and waiting for the perfect setup can pay dividends!
