Nikita good nothing bad has happened !
I experienced same problem as i have a postman job.I finish around 11 or just after 11 most of the times. So I always rushed myself just to be able to catch setups asap. luckily never anything happened to me but I understood there is no point as there is always tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and as Immy says in forex less means more :) so you're not on your own... ;) I guess at some point most people go through the same problems but on this forum there are plenty people willing to point us in right direction :) Good luck and never rush!:)
All I need is Aims. Just love it !

Such days show who is who.
Sad to realize but i m still far from calling expert or even specialist.
When there is a plenty of volatility - i could catch a move.
But today i had a tiny rent on EU (a fun in chatroom, super clear setup), and many full rents on GU.

I could realize that EU today is dead, but GU was showing signs of activity, and it hooked me.
All of setups were fine, mau be not a super clear, but ok. And i was trading m5 breakouts, but.. seems that such days i should trade m15 and so on.
And a damn PC, i still cant handle with..

And only one profitable trade today - according to news strategy. UJ. Many thanks, Immy. Still noone miss with this approach.

Today was again day with no volatility.
And i was hooked by it again.

I tried to filter trades with only m5 breakouts, then i tried to trade m15 level - no results.
Then Darren looked at my GU trade and give me a hint - "early enter". Clear m5 trend, s1 - and exit on m15/h1 or another R-level.

If anyone has its special approach for such days - i d be very greatful.
I have only one recepy - not to trade if there is no news/ after LO,NYO price cant break the range.

i repeat! trade only 1 pair. if trading m1, start with ONLY 1. I repeat for the 69th time. \m/ :-bd

And I agree, if you cannot tell or analyse volatility in the market by simply looking at the chart, then stick to post news and Open times only. and reduce screen time. Infact, if you have all day available, why not switch to m5 and trade ONLY EU or GU. Read again, Or, EU or GU or AU. Do not go after too fast moving pairs, but pairs that move 100-150 pips a day. EU will in the coming days, change its behaviour. The market is a bit lacking in volatility for eu but I've seen this in the past and this will pass too. So take it easy and be disciplined. Patience and Discipline is the key. and stick to ONE technique. You'll get there eventually.
cheers

Good evening, guys!

Today i faced a problem - a proper s1 setup with m5 clear trending + tight box + m5 momentum + m1 momentum = rents.
I think, i should have set PO after m5 level.

But could i know about this reversal by reading AO? Were there any signs of reversal i missed?
