The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".

I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.

immy wrote:Daxy take me to heaven! Thanks Dave one more time. Thanks Ray for trading it last year. I was paying attention. I've completed almost a decade worth of research on it. And to no surprise, despite several different (altered) strategies the one that wins in the end is M5/M1 strategy. So another fine day on DAX

Impressive DAX management - exact same entries for me but you squeezed an extra 20 pips! Nice one

I didnt expect any thanks for pointing out DAX. Currently it's not on my watch list. The reason being that if I'm trading the higher time frames with a market like equities which isn't properly running 24/5 I am not sure whether my indicators would be properly synchronised. It does certainly seem to be the case however that it is well suited to M5 and I'm pleased to see it's giving you some "fruit" :)

The system is magic.
I wish more people would come on here to share something on their journals

IF YOU CANT EXPLAIN IT SIMPLY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND IT WELL ENOUGH (Einstein)

1% daily gain, compounded for 250 trading days, (approximately one year) would produce 1103% account growth

"Markets reflect the positioning of the sum total of investors โ€“ they are not driven by something an individual investor knows that the rest of us donโ€™t, but they do to an extent reflect what investors think other investors are thinking and so can diverge in the shorter term from the economic fundamentals."

Ray! I've done alot of research on it. Familiarized my self with it over a year now. And its really not something different or special but there are two things that I like about it. 1. its currently volatile, it passes my volatility test. 2. It closes at 10pk uk and re-opens at 7am uk. I love this. So my gator does not have to hunt during the fake data time, if you know what i mean. If EU average waves are less than 10 pips, i wont trade m1. this one seems to have average waves of 20 pips these days.

oh, and 3. Dax seems to respond to AIMS Levels high and lows of higher time frame far better. We do have to understand that currencies have a lot more factors involved, not trading related factors to be precise, that moves it as well whereas a stocks and indices are largely trading and investing based decisions. At the end of the day, every thing that is exchanged is a decision made my humans and thus we have reason to believe that it will show and underlying a Fractal Geometric Structure.

moreover, here is an EU M5 W5 trade i took just now.
