This is not my work but I found an electronic copy by an author who had kindly written up his summary notes of the Mark Douglas classic so I thought it would be useful to share on this forum.
As I said, this is not my work so take it's contents at face value, I thought this short summary would at least be useful for those who want a quick read of the main concepts of the book.
I have posted the full book in pdf. form elsewhere on this forum so please take the time to read it if you haven't. No excuses now it's there in all it's glory for you.

My favourite book of all! Trading in the Zone, I might have recommended it more times than my own boook. FACT. I wanted to write a detailed ebook on the mind side but when i read this book, i just don't feel the need to "re-invent the wheel". Just read this book. And this summary is awsome... Thank you. Well if we keep banging the drum it migt just sink in to those that feel they may not need to read it. I would put hand on heart and say that whilst you may not NEED to read it you certianly NEED to be cogniscent of it's teachings. The fact that much wisdom is crammed into under 200 pages just makes it all the more remarkable.
If one more person reads it then it was worth posting on here, because that's one more person a giant step closer to acheiving their goals !
