Trading session - LO or NY?

Unread post by myforex.live »

Hi

I live in GMT-7 timezone.. So I can only trade 1 session.. either LO or NY. LO is 12 am - 3 am and NY is 5 am - 8 am... I don't mind stating up late in the night for LO, as long as I get more pips..

Which session would you recommend trading, if you were to choose only one?

Cheers

Whatever session you fancy. Over long term the number of trades/trends on m1 or m5 balance out. So if 12am to 3am is easy for you, go for it. If waking up early is your thing go for the other one. I dont complain about any session. They are all good. cheers
