Re: VE AIMS - Trade Management EA
Hi
You can do that by setting a Hot Key. I have set Alt-D as a Hot Key in MT4 for calling a script called Delete Pending. This is a standard MT4 Script found in the script section of the Navigation Panel to the left. In the pictures below I have marked the spots where you can go and set hot keys. I use the Close for Closing open trades and the other one for deleting PO's QUICK!
cheers
Go to Navigation Panel and Expand the Script Section by pressing on the Plus Sign. Right Click on the delete_pending script and Select Set Hotkey In this window you can select a combination of hot keys for almost all indicators and scripts.

Re: VE AIMS - Trade Management EA
Here are a bunch of extra useful scripts.
I use the close all open - (since I use multiple entries, its very useful)
Close all pending - will close all pending orders on that platform - All currencies
Close only Open Sell will close only sell orders
Close all Open Buy will close all open Buy orders
cheeers

Re: VE AIMS - Trade Management EA
Hi Immy
Thanks for these great tips to help make trading more streamlined. Regarding deleting pending orders when I hit alt-d I get a dialogue box up saying " Do you really want to attach delete_pending to chart EURUSD, M1?" It will then delete the order if I click on the yes button. How do I get it to delete the pending order instantly as in the training video?

Its a safety-net you probably dont want to bypass, just do the hotkey (Alt+C or whatever) then press
your Enter or Space key to confirm it (this basically presses the button for you) - hope this helps...

Re: VE AIMS - Trade Management EA
Hi Immy,
Is there any way you can change the default for volume size, instead of 1.0, so it automatically appears when your setting your order ?
Also, any way that the pending price can be preset to be a number of pips away from actual automatically ?
Thanks,
Franky

Re: VE AIMS - Trade Management EA
Hi Franky
The default volume/lot size has got nothing to do with VE_AIMS. Just go to Tools > Options > Trade
You have two options. Last used or default.
The beauty of this EA is that you can set you pending order wherever you want and then drag it to more precise price level!
I hope this helps
Cheers
