Moziah's Journal
Hi Aimsters
I have finally decided to start my journal, a decision that is long overdue.
I intend to trade the DAX M1/M5 between 7AM-9AM GMT, Fruit and S1 and S2 setups.
Happy Trading!! :-bd

Re: Moziah's Journal
Excellent decision my friend. The next thing you would need to do is keep it updated regularly and objectively. You'd see many patterns would emerge. Let me warn you as well, some people get tempted to "impress" others rather than use this excellent tool to record their activity within a community of fellow traders who's not in competition with you. We learn from each other and we share what we learn. This is the way forward... looking forward to your trades and commentary.

Hello Aimsters
First day of trading, was definitely interesting. Loads to learn, I hope to grow with the community of traders in the forum.

Hi Aimsters
I didn't place a trade today, I couldn't see the opportunity past the choppy market conditions at the time.
The feeling of missing opportunities is almost the same as a losing trade, I will to Tap on it and seek clarity.
I attend to read the journal posts of the Aimsters who managed to get into the trade and learn from their successes.
Happy Trading!!!

Hi Immy
Sound advice, i'm going to set up a Demo account with £5000.
The "Aim" is to double the Demo account using correct entries and MM, then repeat it.
I think the Demo trading will give me the opportunity to highlight and Tap on my fears and any negative recurring thoughts.
Thanks :-bd

Hello Aimsters
Third day of trading, I set up a new demo account with £5000 I fully appreciate I need the practice.
Second day in a row where I have felt intense fear or panic, with inhibits my ability to make rational decisions.
I definitely need to read the Dot Analysis and Fruit sections of the forum again, I am started to realise my mistakes are ultimately part of the learning process.

Keep going, keep updating your journal and showup in the chatroom. Trading is all about discipline.

Re: Moziah's Journal
Hi Aimsters
Only managed three days of chart time, I didn't feel in the right mind frame this morning so I decided not to trade.
Positives:
- I have finally set up my journal.
- New Demo account.
- Participating in the Aims Chat Room.
- Set up trading diary, I made some minor changes to Immy's Dot Analysis Excel Spreadsheet.
Room for Improvement:
- Impulse trading.
- Tackling fear of, losing, failure and success.
- Dwelling on rent trades, which inhibits my ability to stay in the now.
Things to do:
- Read Fruit, Dot Analysis again.
- Read journals of fellow Aimsters.
- Trade, update journal and diary, use Chat Room.
- Use EFT while trading and for weekly review.
