Screen time LO-session 8:45 - 11:00 am (GMT+1) M1/M5 DAX only.
Started a bit earlier today and took 2 good fruit signals prior LO. One turned out to be a small rent the other one got canceled. Then I was waiting until LO and took a nice up fruit at point LO. With Immy's guidance in the Skype chat I was able to ride 2 campaings in about 90 minutes. It was very enlightening and instructive - it's so impressive how Immy enters and exits his trades unexitedly and with ease. This is what I'm working towards it -trading in the zone!
Today's result:
- 7 + 38 + 29 = + 60 Pips
Screen time LO-session 8:45 - 11:00 am (GMT+1) M1/M5 DAX only.

Screen time LO-session 8:45 - 11:00 am (GMT+1) M1/M5 DAX only.
As result of the LO sessions with fellow mentoring of Immy in the Skype room the last days, I deleted some elements from my chart. As far as I can tell at the moment: it works more easily without distractive elements.
The LO session started with nice moves but I missed 2 good entry signals for some reason. Probably I was not focused enough.
The very positive aspect of it is, that I stayed disciplined outside of the market. I resisted the urge to catch the moves as long as there were no clear setups. That's easier without trendlines, channels, S/R-levels, and all other kind of aiding lines. There was no situation when I thought: "oh, it's rejecting from xy-trendline or breaking xyz-resistance! I have to enter even without or with bad signal!". I stayed out, waited and pulled the trigger as a lovely fruit appeared. Entry was perfect, IMHO, but I should have add on, according to te rules/my trading plan as I was already nicely in profit and add on risk was reasonable with about 15pips. For moving SL I followed the exit rules and exited at green gator without hasitation or greed.
Although I made some nice Pips with one singel-trade, I am more happy about the slight shift in my trading approach towards simplicity.
Today's result:
+ 46 Pips

Re: Michael's (zlabis) Journal
Hey Michael!
I know you said you took the TL and M5 chart out, may be there will be some teething problems but it only takes 7 days for any habit to disappear. So may be that is the reason you were not "very objective" i.e. care free state of mind, at the time of fruit long. I nearly missed it too, infact I entered 2 candles late because the short position did clog my mind (when you're focusing on your trade to go a certain direction and market generates conflicting information the mind can block incoming information suggesting to make you achieve your "goal") Well done again, and know it that you're not alone and we are here to support you!
have fun !

Screen time LO-session 9:15 - 11:00 am (GMT+1) M1/M5 DAX only.
At LO DAX moved nicely in a 40 Pips range and gave some good entries. As it tightened I had a minor rent-campaign before it broke out to the down side. As there were signals in both directions I was ready for either one. The rents I paid there were small compared to what I've got paid back.
Today's result:
+ 28 - 19 + 110 = + 119 Pips. I'm very happy with this Pip-count although there was potential fur much, much more today as Master of the Universe, Mr. Immy, proofed with his 1000+ Pips day.

Re: Michael's (zlabis) Journal
Many thanks Michal and Immy. Without the help from all of you I would still struggle in the maelstrom of strategies, systems, wrong assumtions and missing orientation.
