Welcom to the amazing world of Journal Writing. If you stick to it, and you must and you should as this is the best learning tool you'll ever find, you will know yourself better. From the 2/3/15 to the 9/3/15 I took a total of 35 trades for 16 wins and 19 losses mostly on m1. moneywise I ended up but the lessons I have taken away from this is I was gambling not trading and overtrading, sorry I have no trades to show will have to remember to take some photo's of trades and show the mistakes as well as the good trades next week ,change of mind set. i am comfortable with the 5m timeframe so that is what I will trade no exceptions.w will have to do a better job recording and explaining my trades. like my school reports. " Can do better " negative thoughts make for negative result. !

started off with SAR thought it was going to be a bad day still need to wok on entries and exits ended up being a good day
