The loss was a result of fear/ giving back profits ( working on it now and letting the trades run (spent too long on fixed TP targets, I am missing a lot of good trades .Will have more time soon (grandkids back at school PATIENCE and DISCIPLINE Thank's Immy fo the reminder ,no more :ymdaydream: and I want to be a (*) (being facetious, I want to be for once in my life , successful at something I really enjoy and that will require something I am not at the moment !

Last 20 trades equate to 11 wins 9 rents so improvement is there, got to be more subjective with my trades and Fruit with angle are our valid trades this attachment is from 19/3/15

Week started well and on the 26/3/15 lost my internet connection and only got it back this morning 29/3/15

Reading from the transcripts on skype I would have had a really good week even if only on demo Next week will be better I am sure !!
you can count that -222 out of it. its just a technical glitch.
and let this be a lesson to always get a SL in as soon as your entry or pending order is in. We always know our exit point before we make entries so you can always set pending order with stop loss before its triggered.

I need to do better in keeping records if I am to succeed get your act together mate Review my journal over the weekend and make adjustments. this way is not workable need to keep score of my
Discipline score etc. If I carry on this way I will fall into OLD ways and Fail - not an option !!!

Just read Activating the zone which has ticked so many boxes and I need to get back to meditation, My trading this coming week will be done from an attitude of , fun ,calmness and joy,( stressfree ) How I missed reading this before I do not know. Thanks once more Immy. Looking forward to Fruit 5.0 also.
