just watched snorm's video narrated by
some extremely nice and eloquent replicant :)

and apparently when you have ewaves you will
know where wave 5 will end and that will give
you an extra 3000 pips!

Why didn't someone tell me that before! :)

Well I thought everyone on Skype was talking jibberish
until I noticed I had no Fruit signals all morning! In the
process of installing ewaves it seems I deleted Fruit
indicator!

I could see no sense at all on m1 and M5 but M15
did look clearer, steady climb from last week with
a PB acting as Support. It might take off long from there
or if support is broken I'm short

Three Fakeouts already but with fairly close Stops

Fourth Breakout and it looks like price is zig zagging
down so placed Stop above Green

Add on with both Stops above Green

very sudden spike up and Stopped out

Everything totally random, erratic and not
making any sense this morning on m1 and M5,
I can't say whether situation would have been
any better if I had Fruit indicator installed.

The only thing I could actually see which
wasn't wild guesswork was on the higher
time frames. The DAX seemed to be climbing
steadily from last week and the M15 was
showing a good pattern, respecting
prior support.
8.png
Although I felt market was Long I placed PO Short
under prior AIMS, noting AO breaking under Zero
- loosely S2 set up except into purple would invalidate.
9.png
But then price really seemed to be bouncing off support
so I went long and cancelled Short PO

I had no Fruit signals, I didn't wait for a break of AIMS,
so although I forgive myself for choosing a more compelling
higher TF I will mark myself zero for discipline on this trade - win or lose

The Consistent Pursuit of DS1 :nerd

The thing that makes me money in trading is when I "Objectively Follow my Trading Plan".

I understand that I can't catch all the moves or all the signals but my objective is to catch THE VALID SIGNALS & ONLY the Valid Signals.

Sequence 8

C1 DS 1 +37
C2 DS 1 +70
C3 DS 1 -10
C4 DS 1 -9
C5 DS 1 -5
C6 DS1 -5
C7 DS 0 BE M1/M5 too tedious, switched to M15!!! Still watching 9 hrs later!!!!
C8 DS 0 BE
C9 DS 0 BE
C10 DS 0 +5
C11 DS 0 +31 After 9 hrs about to go out when I saw the Breakout I'd been waiting for all day

Went out anyway, not sure I care about the trade! :)

The Good news, if any, I managed to lose remarkably little despite seven consecutive losers,
This could have been another Black Tuesday but more cautious these days

The Bad News - Just about everything else! Most importantly I exceeded my 2 hour
trading limit by 7 hours and feel like I never want to see a chart again!

LO was particularly tedious - I should have walked away rather than switch time frames

So what did I learn today?

Above everything else I learnt how much I don't like being glued to
the screen all day! Two hours max is fine, but no more. So switching to
TFs above 5M is not going to suit me except maybe 4H or Daily.

After about three or four changeable Breakouts I was 'driven' to
trading on a less choppy higher TF.

Yes it paid off eventually and I made my +31 pips but 9am in the
morning to 9pm at night! I'm probably earning less than the minimum
wage at this rate. - and when I did go out I felt very edgy and tense,
too much trading, too much concentration - really isn't good

But something that is becoming very discernible - even as recent as
Sequence 6 ( ie 3 sequences ago ) I was getting losers -31, -26, -23 etc

However in the last 30 campaigns all losers have been no more than -12

That makes a big difference! and winners are getting higher, often from
+30 to +70

Thats encouraging

Simply put, it should mean that every Sequence should end in profit
or most at least - and any losing sequences should be a minor loss

immy wrote:And I will tell everyone in here trading AIMS! Trade H1 time frame, specially beginner. Trust me you will make A LOT more and your success rate will be higher and you will make a lot less mistakes. Mistakes is the biggest problem of beginners and the faster the time frame the more prone you are to mistakes. Start on H1 and you may switch to faster time frame a few months later but why would you when you will be already doing so well on h1. So far whoever I worked with and recommended to switch to h1 have never returned back to faster time frames and are happy there and consistently successful.

For over 1.5hrs from LO it was just the usual chop
with rents

BE DS 0 for using BE on a Fruit because I wanted to get out quick
-4
-5
-5
-6
-11
-9

Eventually A good Short with two Addons gave +72 pips = +32 pips today
+32
+20
+20

Not sure how both addons made +20 but thats
what my account history says

Funny Morning, woke up 7.55am GNT and rushed straight
to my computer for LO. I wasn't exactly awake!

First trade some kind of Breakout with -21pip rent - highest
rent in a while!

Then basically a Long Fruit with Stops below Green. Stopped out with Addons

Re entered at break of AIMS with Stops below Green

Same Thing happened!

Undaunted I re entered a third time at break of AIMS
at the time of writing we have entered consolidation,
after which it may resume the uptrend or reverse.

Either way it is unlikely to be a great winning day
but I feel I have acted with discipline despite
being somewhat bleary eyed.

I would really like to go for breakfast! :)
