Re: Ralf's Journal
Today's morning session did not start very promising with a rent before LO while missing the following long fruit due to angulation concerns. Then I took the following short fruit but after that the market started into an extended sideways move. But finally I got rewarded with a nice, strong downtrend. Not sure what any of these guys at G20 spouted off but it definitely helped

Re: Ralf's Journal
Thank you very much Immy - even a broken clock is right twice a day
But seriously, these are the kinds of trades which not only polish my account but more importantly give me a significant boost in cofidence to stick to my trading plan. May it last for long...

Re: Ralf's Journal
Today was definitely a M1 day but not many signals for M5 and the one I took was a rent. Next...

Re: Ralf's Journal
That's how it goes. Some days are m5 days others are m1 and other time frames. But to fully benefit from the edge you must trade the same time frame over and over. It will all average out in the end.

Re: Ralf's Journal
Today was not M5 day, at least for me. During the afternoon session I was looking to catch the end of w5 up for a down-movement after NEO but price decided to go rather sideways instead.

Re: Ralf's Journal
Today's morning session started with a nice short fruit before LO. At LO this fruit turned out to be a rent and I SAR'd for long. I did not get a chance to add-on long and closed the trade at AIMS level.

Re: Ralf's Journal
Today's LO presented me with two rents when bracketing as market was indecisive in the beginning. Later on a nice short fruit turned up after a steady uptrend, so I gave it a try. Market was trending downwards just crossing opening level. I thought about setting one of the position's TP at the opening level but as this is not on my trading plan I stuck to my standard exit rules - here trailing candles/reverse fruit - and mark a 1 for my DS.
Have a nice and joyful weekend,
Ralf

Re: Ralf's Journal
This week started with a nice FO for M1 but M5 could not benefit from it. I took two short fruits between FO and LO with good angulation but both were rents. I SAR'd the second short fruit right before LO and could pocket some pips by trailing candles.
