Thank you Grant, counting your BE as "No Loser" your stats look actually quite good. And your average win versus average loss is excellent! (wd)

What is your rule of BE, i.e. when do you move your SL to BE? I know that Immy turned allergic to this concept :D Do you still move SL to -4 at +5pips?

Hope your week starts out well,
Ralf

Hi Ralf,

i'll move to BE if i get a trail signal (fruit, same colour candle, aims or green line) when i can't lock in a decent profit.

so ie... i have a long trade that goes into profit and a down fruit prints... If i trailed the fruit i would lock in say 5 pips. For me that's not enough so i will give it extra breathing room by only moving my SL to BE....

It gets hit some of the time but it also gives me the maximum chance of catching a nice move...

I also attach my trades from today... there were others but i was only at my screens for these ones...

cheers
Grant

Thank you Grant for sharing and well done; 2 out of 2 with decent profit! That's how we want to start the week! (wd)

Can you please briefly comment on the exit strategy used on your first trade? Which signal did you take into account? For the second one you took the reverse fruit signal, right?

And what's the reason you did not add-on? Possible AIMS levels were about 17pips and 9pips away from initial PO. Or did I get you wrong and you use seed as add-on for S1/S2 entries but don't add-on after seed entry using AIMS levels?

Can you please also briefly comment on "entry being on the correct side of gator"? Does the seed have to be outside gator completely? I know that this is on trader's discretion but what's your approach on this?

Apologies again for all these questions but at least, as you may notice, they are decreasing ;)

Cheers,
Ralf

Evening Ralf

The first trade exited at the TP i had set on the h1 purple line.

I didn't add to the trade as it would have been the 3rd aims break in the wave... If i had been in from lower i may well have added.

As for the 2nd trade, see the new attached pic, the one earlier was just highlighting the seed entries for today.... this new pic includes the add on.

As said before these entries tap into the traders discretion much more so with regard to the PO above gator, i wanted to make the flow chart as simple as possible for newer traders. By saying only the correct side of the gator for POs it should mean higher probability set ups.

I will actually take seeds the wrong side of the gator (but not very often!!). As I am effectively looking for seeds in waves 2 and 4 if the structure of the PC (zig zag correction) looks good then i will trade the seed... I guess its very similar to AA entries...

Hope this helps

Grant

This is very helpful indeed, thank you Grant.

I assume your trade and exit management is the same no matter whether it's a S1/S2, seed or AA entry, right?

Cheers,

Oh man, I deleted my PO also with the same reason. What a fantastic drop that would have been. You got in with seed, cool! Sometimes just few ticks makes the difference, but we follow the rules and enjoy the fun in the long run.

I requested this in the Skype room. posting in SEED topic also.

is it possible to update seed indicator just to make it paint DeepSkyBlue on the bar.

When I select the colors to None, I still see the black color.
