Re: Trading Signals

Unread post by Nikita »

Here again i m start conversation about sideway preioud on D1.
How should we react on Setup on H1 within flat on D1?

Here is EGBP H1. Clear short setup, but.. SMA is in front of us. Should we ignore it and trade within D1 direction (check D1) or should we rely on H1 situation?

Check D1. Here is old downtrend but now gator is messing up..

And more examples.

P.S. This is my nightmare. This is exactly what i m afraid to see because i dont know how to reduce my loses within such periouds. Option - stop trading for the whole month or more (noone can say when we see a nice trend on D1 again) seems ludicrous.
So, if you could help me with this problem - i will be very grateful!

Hi Nikita,
When we talk about the relationship between the higher timeframe trend and S1 on the lower timeframe, we usually refer to multiples of x5 (or close to x5), e.g.
M1 v M5 (x5)
M15 v H1 (x4)
H1 v H4 (x4)
D1 v W1 (x5) etc
When you're talking about trading H1 v D1 there's a x24 multiple! So if you want to trade H1 setup you might be better to refer to H4 for your trend.
Just a thought.....
Now, I choose to make a profit in trading.

Long time no daily trades posted. Here is AUD-USD, first 3 days of the week it is overextended and due for some reversal, got very small position from Fruit signal.

This might provide clue for direction and I can trade lower time frame signals with the trend

I moved from demo to live for dailies somewhere where UCAD started. Missed it. Got in to AU that started about the same day. Anyway, looks good.
