Real Trade Going Out Live!

Synopsis:-

Trade taken within seconds again on H4

noting trade has likely 62 pips to run to TP1 with an inital 17 pip SL
almost 1:4.

A possible run on to the +147 TP2 but that will be a bonus, absolutely
not expecting that.

Why do I expect a further move to the downside?

The trend was previously down and then retraced nicely to 50% Fib and then
resumed the downtrend. It has just broken AIMS with potentially 62 pips to move.

AO and Gator both confluent.

Well if I have a 30% chance of hitting TP1 with a RR of 1:4 that should be
healthy - right?

I don't know what the exact chance is but it does look more bearish than
bullish at the moment so I think it is quite a well reasoned trade

Thanks - result was a moderate rent.

Today I just missed a nice looking set up
but in these situations rather than going in far too
late I might just keep an eye out for a retest of AIMS
and if it bounces off AIMS that will usually be a
stronger trade anyway.

unfortunately I think we really missed the boat on
this one as there is a lot of momentum

Trade not Viable

If we get the bounce off Green and move down and
get the break of AIMS we only have 18 pips to move
before the TP where price is very likely to reverse.

but worse, our logical sL is the prior AIMS level
now 23 pips away! No deal!

Or is it?

At break of prior AIMS we have a RR of 37:14
near 1:3 which is OK

AO not confluent but we have gone in early
so thats to be expected

small rent on last trade. How could that possibly be?
When I obeyed all the rules religiously!

True I didn't wait for a break of AIMS

and yes AO had just crossed zero in the WRONG
direction!

but apart from that I obeyed all the rules - honest injun :)
---------------------------------------------------------------
Unrelated but just read this-

''One of your basic objectives as a trader is to perceive the opportunities
available, not the threat of pain. To learn how to stay focused on the
opportunities, you need to know and understand in no uncertain terms the
source of the threat. It's not the market.''

Understanding that above quote is essential to have any chance at all
of succeeding at trading, knowing where that debilitating fear is really
coming from and learning how to consistently neutralise that fear
