Re: Mickey's Journal
Ok i just looked at H4 and found out that had I given it a bit more attention i'd have seen a larger 1-2 within which could find this small 1-2 on m1 and trade that fruit .oh well NEXT

Re: Mickey's Journal
Seriously I was only practicing on my new screen capture tool
as just using MS Paint is a bit amateurish
I never really paid any attention to the above charts.
Actually if I was a Fruitarian I would have taken it as
the angle seems ok
it did move +51 pups but realistically you would
probably have made only 25 or so as it reversed abruptly
over green
But here is something I'm looking at on USDCAD
its a nice Grant Seed but I'm waiting for a retest
that may or may not happen

Re: Mickey's Journal
Well, went in on H1 on the next break of AIMS and
started trailing on the M5
With just 3 pip SL what have I realy got to lose?

Re: Mickey's Journal
I lost a pip
Actually I guessed wrong!
I didn't lose, I actually won 0.6 of a pip
but in the interests of transparency I'll
round it up to breakeven

Re: Mickey's Journal
As we see here, an example of a mindless Seed!
Yes it seems to meet most the rules on the H1
but paramount importance is Gator is not
opened down and M5 is not an S1 or S2 and
is flying off in tuther direction!
So it would seem reasonable to ensure that
Gators on both TF are opened in the same
direction
and on H1 we need AO to be moving down
after the retrace, and at ZL or just crossed down on H5
Anyone disagree with that?

Re: Mickey's Journal
Hi
I'd say that as per Grant's flow chart rules for Seeds, there is divergence on h1 so the seed will not be taken, besides the move up looks to be impulsive. We want the seed to appear during a corrective wave that is not too steep up within a down trend or too steep down during an uptrend. The "symmetry" of the wave must remain in tact. And this can very easily be identified , like you did, looking at that green and red line shape or simply looking at the candles . The divergence rule is also very good. And if TZ1 is hit then setups after that can be filtered too
IMHO

Re: Mickey's Journal
Thanks Admin
The H1 divergence on AO is the biggest red light!
The sideways direction of H1 Gator is co biggest red light!
Everything on M5 is co biggest red light!
Verdict - STOP at even one red light!
Co Verdict - IBs are not SEEDS in themselves!

Re: Mickey's Journal
Stopped for 16 pips, SL should technically have been under the
really long tail of second Pin but I wouldn't risk the 33 pips

Re: Mickey's Journal
Fruit Resurrected!
Another big Pin seems to indicate price not
wanting to go lower.
Just 11 pip risk now with 67 pip potential to the
upside
