The Power of Visualization [How to visualize your goals]

Unread post by immy »

The Power of Visualizing ! Its also the power of setting goals! What do you visualize? Yes,its your goals and objectives...

Point 1 About Successful Visualization
One condition for successful visualization is persistence. I cannot stress how important this is. If you visualize for 5 minutes a day, twice a week, do you think you'll see results? Probably not. The Cynthia Stafford's and Arnold Schwarzenegger's in this world made visualization part of their daily life. Their mindset didn't waiver. You need to visualize your goal at least once a day, every single day.

Point 2 About Successful Visualization
Another important point to mention is never worry about the "How". How will I get the money? How will it come to me? How will I win the competition? Do not, under any circumstances, worry about the "How". This is the job of the Universe. If you visualize your goal for 5 minutes and then spend the next 5 minutes wondering about how it will manifest itself into your life, then you are indirectly telling the Universe that you don't believe. Believe it is yours, believe you have it. Visualize and let go, trust in the Universe, it will never let you down.

Cynthia did it nicely!

Thank you for sharing all these interesting clips about goals visualization.
I am learning about setting goals, vision board and then visualize these goals.
These will help much.

I tried to reply to your question in another post. The question was so full of frustration and desperation, and confusion, I did not know where to start. I just could not answer. So I hope you found something useless here. The secret of making progress is to start with little. Just something very small. You seem to be overwhelmed and you want to achieve all at once. Just switch off and then start one thing. e..g start with a simple visualisation of JUST 2 min. Not more than 3 min not less than 2min. Just before going to be. Visualise your goals. for two minutes? can you start there? if you do then you can visualise everything you want to achieve. e.g. right now if you are wondering, what am I going to visualise, I don't have goals? well, the first thing is, visualise having goals. Then you will have goals! and so and so forth... if you're a religious person or believe in god, visualisation is a prayer and far better than the prayers of slave begging his master... :) all the best

And REMEMBER: "VISUALISATION WORKS IF YOU WORK HARD" NOT THAT YOU VISUALISE AND THEN SIT AND DO NOTHING
As Wayne Dyer used to say, "If visualisation is your way of prayers, your way of talking to God, then the inception of creative ideas and inspiration is God Talking to you"
