Hi there.
I just picked up that my "voice alerts" only work on M1 charts. I've successfully uploaded all sound files in the correct sound folder but just getting voice alerts when something is happening on M1 maybe also M5.
Do you have to have the actual chart open/on screen to receive an alert e.g if I trade 7 pairs all 7 pairs need to be on my screen? However even if I drag my charts into the correct template I have my dots etc but like mentioned above no voice alert on higher time frames ...

Unfortunately we have stopped using the sound alerts and support a while ago. Its just too cumbersome with all time frames and pairs etc.
