EU

GU

FOMC = 10.28R's
Day total 12.28R's

Note though - I made a bad mistake - although I profited well out of it. I placed the four trades as per Steve's advice in the forum, but left them all at 1% risk, whereas I should have placed four at 0.25% risk each, so I risked 1% on the news. A whipsaw without slip would ahve been 2% down then, instead of a potential 8% loss. I will change that for July. Decision to be made though whether I take 1% total or 2% total. May hinge on results of NFP

Now to close out July - my best ever month.
Spreadsheet first
2016-06-Results.png
A massive month, helped a lot with my mistake on FOMC, but almost every type of trade was in the green. The ones in the red were just in the red with the exception of Fruit, which will improve as I gain competence and consistency.

The next one is very big for me
2016-06-Equity_Chart.png
I caused some damage with m1 fruits and not so wise news trades. December had an issue with my UJ trades on NFP and it entered multiple times giving a 5% loss on UJ alone with 1% risk. Problem was on my side and gone now, but the big thing for me is that my equity in total since rebooting AIMS as such, is in a nice profit and I see that it only has one direction to go as well. Very confident that things are falling in to place.

Finally, showing this year so far
2016-06-Monthly_Gain.png
Yup, an ordinary February but focus and attention hit the Hunt from that point on. All looking like it is in the right direction.

With patience, discipline and consistency, July will also be a great month. Looking forward to it B-)

Direction is up and keep going. Trade only the setups and every setup. Equity will go up as a side product.

i see 4 of those months are profitable and its an overall growth. That puts you in to the Top 0.1% of traders. [and you were about to LEAVE us. It tells me that your subconscious was trying to correct the path, i.e. put you on the path you had been in the past. But I was not letting you go. sorry i said it in public]

Hello Kyle

An amazing turnaround in your results!
20.9% for the first six months of this year and rising.

Chris Capre is a highly regarded mentor and he was recently
boasting that his top performing student had grown his account by
a similar % in six months resulting in his being given $100,000 to trade with!

Just to put your success into context.

I know a little of the challenges you have faced over the last couple of years and
I'm not surprised you were thinking of quitting

I know there are many on this forum and everywhere else who just
can't seem to crack forex and like you, might be on the point of
giving up.

I hope they do themselves a big favour by reading your whole journal
and come away inspired to carry on.

Well done!
