A seed within a Sleeping Gator Tight Box is like Taking Setup 1 on m1 within a Setup 1 on m5. 
same thing. Good decision there about skipping the seed as it was in a flat market. Flat market means a breakout in either direction might happen. We want to trade the Seeds in the direction of the trend on the CTF. Which means if we looked at the 5XLTF it would always be a breakout Setup 1 in the direction of the 5XHTF.

Let me first thank you and then congratulate you on many things. 1. Regularly Updating your journal. This is the true sign of a serious trader and one who really want to take this as a serious business and not a get rich quick gambling attempt. 2. for reviewing and keeping to your trading plan.
3. and this is performamnce based. Teh comments on your chart taht says, "did not trade due to this and that..." specially when you realise that market is not moving and you decided to NOT TRADE. that decision is the mark of a SERIOUS Trader. well done (hug) (wd) ^:)^
