This is the start of my 4th T20 batch.

Eur/Aud short

H1

Signal: 6-2-2017
Signal time: 9:00 GMT
Triggered 6-2-2017 11:00 GMT

SL: 56

Outcome: 0.37 R

DS 1

I was happy with the setup, however the Draghi News stuffed it up, I guess I should have known better before going in but I thought I had heaps of time as I took the signal earlier in my day and the news was quite late, but it did not do much at all before Draghi started to speak. Never mind, I leaned that Draghi's speech is important enough to affect my trades so will make sure to avoid in future.

Usd/Chf

Short setup 1

H1

Signal: 2-2-2017
Signal time: 2:00 GMT
Triggered 2-2-2017 7:00 GMT

SL: 33

DS 0

Outcome: 0.43 R profit.

With this particular trade I wasn't at my best, I had fear and somehow an overall blockage which I've also raised on Skype room and had immense support (thanks a lot), which was very helpful. There was no particular reason to be scared but somehow I started to worry if I wont do well on my 4th batch and started to question myself. This is the first time I've ever traded profitable so somehow I got scared that it might not continue... I had set TP towards the levels to the left based on uncertainty on that particular trade. In hindsight I shaked myself off from the fear and realised that I just have to keep doing what I am doing, it did hit TZ1 pretty much where I had set my original TP before changing it. I've learned to keep trusting my Trading Plan which is refined to the max with all the Skype support :) I'm grateful to have had this experience.

a nice trade indeed...

You talked about your emotional and mental side and that is the most important bit of trading that most ignore. they don't realise that failure is not due to failure of the method but rather the subtle problems of the human thinking and mind processes. How you behave under stress, anxiety and fear. How to cope with such issues. These are the things that separates the professionals from the novice.

Success is a funny thing .. when you don't have it, it feels like a hard thing to achieve and if you preserve you finally get there and all of a sudden you start to face a whole new set of problems. Those are mostly the mind problems. You made a great point about not being successful before and now that you are, you "fear" that you might "lose" your success. And fear all of a sudden blocks the processes that actually did made you successful in the first place. The left brain suggests new "improved" solutions and you tend to think that if you follow something new you'll do better. Sadly that attempt always ruins success and you're lost once again.

Luckily for you , you are a part of a group that knows these mind traps and can guide you stay on course. This is the whole mission of this group.

oh btw: you have "transitioned" into Stage 2 without even knowing it. When you enter a new paradigm you don't feel it at first but if you'd like to confirm if you are at stage 2, just think about how you used to trade before T20? and you find it something you can never think of doing again. then you have had a major paradigm shift. And now you have to deal with the problems of this higher level of thinking.

In doing so, you will eventually hit the state of mind where you could be actually enjoying the process of trading. that is by my raw definition stage 3. There are no worries at that level. There is just joy, fun and excitement.

All the best. keep it up... Success is an ongoing process not a trophy....

Hi Immy.

Thanks for the feedback.

I appreciate it's an ongoing process with persistence being the key. It's also been a matter of 'trust' too, trusting the system enough to override any self doubt.

My mantra is "one trade at a time". It's doing something small (like taking a single trade) over time (persistence) that will get results.

Thank you.

Eur/usd

Short setup 1

Signal: 9-2-2017
Signal time: 6:00 GMT
Triggered 9-2-2017 8:00 GMT

SL: 23

DS 1

Outcome: 1R Loss.

This one had pretty much everything I like to see in a setup 1, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I was already in my short trade as PO got triggered couple of hours prior LO. Immediately the LO opening candle (10GMT) went against me, it all of a sudden became rather bullish and stoped me out. H4 again had the right wave count, a lovely seed etc...

Maybe bulls just took over at LO....

This was rather silly of me to take, what happened was I saw a maybe wave 5 already happening TZ1 had been hit yet, prior the box was quite big and when it created a smaller box I thought I can go in, I never checked H4 as gator was sleeping, not sure what I was thinking. One glance on H4 should have prevented me from taking this.
