The Monarch:

The Monarch Pattern is formed when eWave freshly crosses Zero Line and then prints the darker bars without going too high. It often forms after a Setup 1 breakout and produces Setup 2. We take Seed and cherries inside the box when monarch pattern is formed on eWave.

Sufficient pullback needed on wave 4:

Quick note: at the first dark pullback. even one dark bar can make it monarch. ref to above picture. ... on the second dark bars, you need at least 2 dark bars to validate a signal.. and the third at least 3. Hunt signals should not be taken after say 10ish dark bars. and when the peak is too big. with time you'd recognise wave 3 peaks. and when you see that a pair has done what might be normal for that pair, type of move, it might be less successful. this is quite subjective though and won't help you with stage 1 for hte time of being
