It would be unfair if I don't mention this.
You had a good read on the market. that was proven later as the price progressed. But it was not your setup.
So you do possess a great tool that will become very handy once you get the discipline right...

Good traders are disciplined traders, great traders are intuitive and disciplined traders. Intuition without a strategy and discipline is a dangerous thing in trading....
