Totally agree I learn so much from reading others journals to see what they trade and what they don't.

On my own journal I had the same issue with aO was discussing it with my trading buddy on skype as the trade developed.

I also watched your short but the 5 and 15 min aims levels were to close for me, but well done on getting out at the level you did

i had the same way as Richard, AO was not close enoough to 0 line and was old/stale...

Second trade today +10 pips to get back earlier rent.

Targeted 5 min high as exit but could have got more with more bottle and patience - need to review my exit methods when I've completed my first 20 trades.

Still cant get better than 1% in 1minute !

This is an indicator that was recently released by one of the aimsters "Snorm", it's a small incremental cost but well worth it.

no it is an indicator developed by snorm that is not part of the AIMS package.
