This is what I saw in your January Trades...

Price and Gator Goes away from purple, Gator Opens and AO creates a new peak, often a 3 is printed on it, then there is the sideways period gator sleeping goes towards purple and as the purple catches up, the AO is hugging the ZL as well... A new day starts in the markets and it takes off...
The Setup The Setup The Setup again and again ... simple ...

Well done .. i can do this all my life...

Great to see trades taken to moving markets. It's essential and I think what makes famous setup so powerful is that it forces to trade moving market as there can't be famous setup otherwise. Just a thought. Anyway, looks good and please repeat it to eternity.

Hi Sam,

I just wanted to say thanks for posting in your journal.

Your results are an inspiration and it's great to see a bit about how you approach your trading in your writing and to see the pictures of some of the trades you have taken.

Without wanting to make you feel pressured, can I just say, it's great and really helpful.

Regards,

Siegrid.

Great result Sam! For GU choppy start of the wave, there's nothing we can do. Except enter PO and manage the trade. Keep it going chap!

Hi Sam,

That is amazing. Your results are inspirational! Thank you for posting them.

It was good for me to see that you tried three times in that GU post above (02/03/18). Sometimes when it stays flat like that and there are signals to get in and then you are out I’m not sure if it’s okay to keep trying. But seeing that you got in and out and went back in again because you got another signal and the setup was still valid was great. Made me realise that is okay.

If you have 2 hrs of trading time availal.e Make it 1.45 min and leave 15 min for journal. That fresh analysis just after the session is much more powerful than a week old stinky pooh

Fresh thoughts fresh experience like minted coins. like fresh notes out of the bank...

I think nothing wrong with your exit. We never get exits "hindsight proof". This is the tricky part with exits and marking discipline score for the trade. If market would have dropped 200 points, you (most likely) would have marked the trade DS1 and laminated the chart as the trade of the year. This is not critics for you Sam, actually not critics at all. It's just the fact that trading is like that. We either use exit method that is purely mechanical in all cases, or fine tune the trading skill to make better and better exits over time. All options are ok.

Nice trade, lot of potential from RR point of view.
