Conclusions of Batch No.1:
Weaknesses:
- I can't follow my basic plan.
- I'm trading after trading hours, but it is not really a problem, because usually market moved good at that time. So I added DS1 for those trades.
- Friday has usually low volatility. So I have to no trade, only if there is clear structure and extreme big volatility.
- I open trades rashly, after a big winner trade. Better to say: OK, thanks Market, this is enough for today.
Strengths:
- I can cut my losses easily.
- I can sit down to trading after a day with full losses.
- I can see the push-pull situations.
- Usually I can see the context between M5 and M1.
- I started to trade complex, using S/R levels, and Target Zones.
Weaknesses:
- I can't follow my basic plan.

Stuck market is a nasty companion. That's why I cook or play video games so much, to make anything else but not trade. Here's a snippet from my trading plan, it's a good and humble remainder for all of us. Trading plan contains just one bold sentence, it's so important. Keep it going, we all learn all the time
