The problem is that they (the traders and the short time frame based method) trade TOO OFTEN and because of that it is very hard to record your trades.
This is how I felt over last 3+ month on M5.

This is a vicious cycle, a downward spiral.

One needs more discipline, faster reactions, and "use a larger portion of a limited resource called - The Decision Fuel -

(yeah just made it up, but you get the point) ...

it appears we run out of this fuel fast. One can't take that many decisions that drains our energies...

It leads to over trading,
it leads to higher transaction costs,
it leads to spending too much of life in pursuit of something that can be achieved otherwise...

there are so many bad points of shorter time frames... ...

Could this be the reason why M5 and M1 is marred with dead bodies of traders (gaming analogy) who've succumbed. The tomb stone reads ... "consistent losses for most beginners/intermediate traders" BEWARE the Faster Time Frames...

The Seed should not have triggered ... the high was not broken by a full 1 pip in the next 2 candles and the 3rd closed below the seeds low. May be you h ave a different feed. The Seed would need a proper Setup 1 on m15 for it to be a correct Seed... it was not that on this occassion. But aside from that, the AO was too big the gator was turning around with Divergence on the AO... all sorts of negatives there. But here is an interesting this. you h ad a good run, so "positivity" would be the natural response for you. and you took some seeds (before FO) last week and they worked "so you had to take this too" :) :no
