Hey Mike. On the last 2 trades:

All i can offer with rearview mirrors are:

Trade 1: Setup looks ok.
Trade 2: I see significant 1H support/resistance line your short went into, with previous rejection candle also. See pic.
Trade 3: Several previous AIMS levels to break through.

Morning - first trade today just 1 pip but at least a profit.

Took the break short, fresh cross of aO fresh aims level, price found support at the 5 and 15 min lows, so closed trade manually.

Yes a dot bar can break the aims box thats when you get a green for a long and a pink for short and then we wait for a new aims level to form

Second trade today similar in setup to trade 1 and similar result very small profit, entry on sleeping aligator target 15 min low, exit when price retraced in an area of support seen to the left
Still feel too nervous once in a trade something to master
Hopefully next time I'll make a bit more profit
