4. Time Frame: H1
5 Buy/Sell: Sell
5. Initial Entry Type: FBOX plus FB Add on
6. Add Ons Taken: Yes
7. Comments and Feelings : I thought the box was saddle but aware that it could reverse and go up. It reversed, and took SAR. disaster. 1.5R loss. Nice
Reason for DS0 Zero because I have no idea what this setup is. I'm not supposed to take any FBOX. It has to have a wave idea or at least going into a TZ1

Journey of Consistency Interrupted
This is a Great Method. I mean not only the trading method but the concept of training for discipline.
Its pretty clear to me under 2 months that I cannot stick to one thing. I keep looking at both templates and can't decide which setup to take.
I am doomed.
I must stick to one method of entry and exit for at least 20 trades.

7. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:
Clearly a down trend market. FBOX is available. could be next 5 down. Lets find out.
6. After Comments: I exited based on the fact it moved too fast. #It can pullback and chew on the profits. had no chance to add on. So best get the profit into the bank. I need it.
DS for this trade: 1 (I think tis a 1 for now though being strict it should be 0 )

The 3% Drawdown
I was looking at the myfxbook bit in my signature and noticed 3% drawdown. I am not sure how this happened.
So I thought I must investigate.
This is what I found.
I took trades not part of either Setup 1 or Fruit Method.
all the losing shit trades are DS0 and I failed to report it.
Lets have a look.
Below I will add pictures of the trades using The Setup Template. I'm astonished that none of these losses would have occured had I traded the setup method.
IN the above you can see, following setup 1 would have been better. The first long trade is a Setup 2, that's ok. but then IB trade brought in 1% loss. Why mix things up? it ruined the experience also now I don't know which method was working better. I must restart.
Above first is an IB trade but there is also 0.5R profit to it. but why did I take these trades on this account. I have to confess. I tried a 3rd method in secret. But since I have decided to keep everything open, now I share it. I am a bad actor. A bad trader. A bad person. cry cry cry
I feel like crying now

and GU
Conclusion:
Had I not taken the trades outside the method my drawdown will never have been 3%. Why not stick to one plan? So I have to stick to one and that means I have to finish my Fruit T20. So lets do it.
