Very interesting to see this trade. IT shows me that you don't really understand the logic behind Hunt method. But that's ok. We can help.
to start with, Well this is NOT A hunt signal. This does not qualify as hunt pattern.
If you want to take the Hunt Signal you have to Follow the Hunt Flow Chart? Do you have that?
And to follow the Hunt flow chart you have to understand the underlying concept of the flow chart. the 4 questions of the flow chart has some story behind it.

Point Number 1. GAtor was sleeping on this picture. (Hunt signals are taken ONLY within a clear clean open gator.
Point Number 2. Hunt signals are taken within a clear squence of waves, either ar wave 3 or Wave 5 happening (you don't have to wait for EWave to print it, you have to learn to KNOW what wave is it, if not, simply learn what is a PEAK of AO)
Point Number 3. If you're not sure, drop to h1, and see if its a Setup 1 pattern.
Point Number 4. The hunt method/trading plan / strategy states, tehre are two filters. one of them is base on Wave strucure. if you check H4 GU. you'd see its in Wave 0. we have already seen 1-5.

I am struggling with the logic behind most things these days! I have attached the seed and cherry settings I have (for Cherry the one after this is 3.0 as well, it cut off the page in the snip)

I have the flowchart for S1, so I will check the forum and print the hunt one, as I don't have this one.
I will highlight gator open on this.

Just about to add next trade, out with NZ news of their next disaster. West Coast floods. Poor things they have had so much.

What could I have done different? This one appears to be taken out due to NZ news of major flooding on West Coast. This can't be controlled, unless you see it happening.

What did I learn from this trade? Move onto the next one.

This was something I wanted to warn about and I did in the slack. it was scheduled for Wellington Open.

S1, slow and steady to start. Didn't get to BE out at SL

My Feelings and Analysis at the time of entry and afterwards - Been filtering gold for awhile, last S1 didn't fill. Started ok, then fall.

What could I have done different? Filtered more as box too big.

What did I learn from this trade? Gator closer together.

My Feelings and Analysis at the time of entry and afterwards - Checked the Hunt flow chart, position taken. Steady start to BE overnight.

What could I have done different? Be aware news for the previous fall.

What did I learn from this trade? After such a large fall in one direction, it maybe resetting and not have enough power to continue falling.

My Feelings and Analysis at the time of entry and afterwards - Box could have been a bit smaller, if I had of gone with the D1 trend it would have been long, and should not have been taken.

What could I have done different? This was not one of my usual pairs, I had removed this one as I have never done any good with this pair, it appears the same is still true!

My trading has taken a different course with the help of Immy D1 system. Lots of learning, and patients from Immy and I feel I am slowly working the Waltz strategy out.

Nzd/Usd taken. While this one didn't work, it helped fine tuned points, with the adding of the box.

The chart below, shows 1. was a valid seed, but the one I took 2. was not.
This was due to the seed signal not being near the bottom of the box for a short signal. Number 2. seed was mid way in the box, therefore the trend changed to go long.
