Yes , I have looked at trying to just use the 1 min but when i read through the manual 2 things stuck out for me, the first was to try to time trades with a fresh cross of AO as price breaks the aims level, easy to say not so easy to judge when trading and the second was to take trades on the 1 min in the direction of the 5 min trend or on the 1 min that are setups on the 5 min too.

I think if you can incorporate these two factors into your trades then yes there are less setups but hopefully they are the higher probability ones.

I've certainly not mastered the system in any way yet, but certainly feel that it is a good system and well worth persisting with, and I'm learning all the time especially through everyones journal entries.

I just installed AIMS V5 and I liked your layout so much that I borrowed your setup.

I looked through the inputs on all of the AIMS indi's, how did you get those flags reading Alligator ASLEEP Purple LONG and Box 19 on your charts?

I edited the v4 AIMS stuff to add a few of my own things, so those bits aren't available in the distributed indicators.

Wednesday 25th January

First one of the day, -6.3. Banged its head right on the m5 AIMS level but I'd taken it as the M5 level was 4.3 away from the entry point (i.e. more than 4).

Nice one there,

Since i have the purple set to false I did not have a dot. Two reasons, I did not want to trade into what at that time looked like fourth wave of m5 and price was inside Alligators mouth on m5.
