Morning Everyone,

Having read some of the journals over the last few days i decided to keep a record of my reasoning behind my decisions when i am sat trading. I wont do this every time i trade but hopefully you will see how i filter out or filter in the trades that i take / dont take... Remember that i use ALpari UK as my broker so your feed may be slightly different thus showing different dots.

This is similar to the video that Imran records when he goes over certain sessions. The difference being is that this spread sheet is kept in real time....

So the attached pic is the spread sheet showing the dots as they have appeared from London open until now 1010 am (UK) and how i have reacted to each..

I'm not saying that this is how you should trade as of course we will all see things differently but i hope this helps...

Was off today but managed to run the errands I had to do when the 2 best set ups today appeared, very frustrating…
