I am used to trading the higher timeframes and find that M1 can move very fast and the difference between getting in a trade and missing it can be seconds.

I tend to draw in the SR lines and take trades according to these lines. After the comments from Grant & Mike above I realise that the key ones are drawn automatically by snorms indicator, therefore, I downloaded it earlier had have been using it all afternoon. I never took a trade so the filtering is working okay (maybe too good). Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Thanks to everyone for your very imformative journals.

I am going to try and make more time for this strategy, however, it is incredibly busy at work at present and that's what pays the bills.

Screen time today 6:45am until 8:10am and no trades.

I have a day working from home so hopefully I will be able to get some trades in today.

Anyway I am off to a good start with +9pips. At the time of the trade all aims levels were close together so I put my PO 3 pips below.

Trade 2 +4pips

Although positive I should not have entered where I did. I set the PO 3 pips below the 5min Aims, however, to the left was a previous low which I should have taken into account. After several minutes the trade went my way but got impatient and took 4 pips. Two candles later it hit the 15min Aims level which was my initial target.

Trade 3 -4pips

Setup looked good. Put PO below 5min Aims with 60min Aims as target. Exited on blue dot.
