Congratulations on starting your journal. This is a great tool to further your trading education and become better every trade after trader.
However the best way to journal is to first work on your Trade Plan. Decide EXACTLY what you will be doing, only that way you will be able to "weigh" yourself. Its a bit like training for a marathon or body building. if you aim to put on lean muscle you need to make a plan both for Gym time, what type of workouts you'll be doing and more importantly what will you be eating during this time. You must then set targets how much mass do you want to gain over the next say 12 weeks. then break it down into weekly. and the only way to track your performance is to first find out your Weight, Body Mass and Body Fat on DAY 1. How else are you going to know at the end of day 7, whether you've improved or not.
likewise in trading. so we recommend traders start at STage 1, work on their trade plan, we've done 70% of the work, you even have a sample trade plan. then you commit to T20 and follow the prescribed "posting template" so that you can learn from EACH and every trade.
hope this helps .... cheers keep it up ...
