5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Price broke at heaviliy at LO and retraced back; price had steam behind it and I saw this Seed. I was concerned about the M5 support on the left hand side but figured that there was still a good chance for a 2:1.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Price broke nicely out of a range and then formed a Seed. I got in; felt confident.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Price missed my BE just by 1 Point and I ended up with a loss; felt frustrated; if ATM didn't have my Buffers it would have been a BE; so I changed my buffer setting to 0; this has now happened a few times; let's see how this setting goes. Jasmin then also pointed out that Gator was not open and in reality the trade hasn't established. As I missed it, it's a DS0. Also feeling a bit frustrated with the market in Jan; Dax not moving and a lot of sideways...

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: BE, but then price went and exploded; frustrating but part of the experience; I also experienced a lot of nervousness watching the trade, hoping it will break; loads of emotions involved for just watching the chart; need to watch work on that!

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade:Market peaked after the big momentum spike early price peaked and i saw the formation of an S1. It had a green dot as price closed slightly outside the tight box.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Price moved a bit higher, ranged for a while and stopped me out; didn't have proper momentum; perhaps I need to have the same consideration as for the hunt and only enter if there is momentum for S1 in the market,

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I tried a new setting on the ATM with 0 buffer and it stopped me out straightaway; it should have been a BE trade; i've now put my buffer for 1pt entries and 2pt stop loss...

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Trade ended up being a BE BUT I didn't check that TZ1 was smaller than 2:1; so even though it was a beautiful setup, according to my rules I shouldn't have taken it.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Price broke out of a nice range and formed a cherry, followed by a seed. I triple checked all the rules in my head and went in.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Price went for a nice 2:1; however whilst I was in the trade I was nervous; especially when price didn't break out straight away and went stuck for a few bars; internally I was nervous and worried whether this could be another loss. I need to work on that!

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: Mind wasn't clearly; I was on codeine to deal with stomach pain; I felt guilty not trading; when I was looking at the charts, I felt nervous, anxious not clear in my mind. Saw a trade and took it...
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I don't want to go in the analysis of the trade; market wasn't moving...etc... but I shouldn't have taken this trade with a clouded mind...

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I'm not saying that I have understood everything, but becomes clear to me is to trade when the market moves; this normally happens at LO or NEO and you will know when the price moves; + if it breaks a range, then it's a good nvironment to look for signal

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Price got me a nice 2R. My emotions were flying high; I quickly learned to deal with my winners the same as with my loosers. Have a I stuck to my rules, Yes, then move on to the next one.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: After the Seed, I was ready to finish but saw S1 perfectly setting up; the volume and energy out of the market seemed out but perfect setup and I got in.
6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I got out at BE; one thing with these S1 when the market is not moving that quickly anymore is to protect your losses and move to BE as quickly as possible if price gets close to 1R BE... price then went up again and eventually to TZ1 but that would have taken ages... Also the more I trade the more I learn about myself; I prefer the Seed; it's a quick in and out... that's who I am and my style.

6.Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: Sellers won, price didn't break the highs. After the loss, I was trying to figure out reasons why it was a loss; then it clicked, nothing was wrong, it's part of the game baby. NEXT.

No trades for me today but I learned:

• 1.S1: if box too big, wait for new fractal which doesn't break high of blue dot box and enter
  2.S1 on M1 needs to correspond to Hunt Setup on M5
  3.Check M5 to see ranges clearly and wait until price breaks out those ranges
  4. Read price action well to understand potential impulses building up
