5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: A BUY setup to me, it was so I went for it.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: It almost hit my TP and recoiled at 1pip short! I was livid! But for discipline sake I let it do its thing and almost got kicked out with a loss (rent). Then it headed north again and hit my target. phew! Nerve-racking that was!

Again NOT A setup 1 on M1... here is a hint... You will find that Setup 1 requires a sleeping gator... on M1... and Open gator on M5. if you trade a setup 1 on M5, m1  will be NEVER a setup 1. they don't setup at the same time by default.

7. DS (Discipline score) For this Trade: 1 (Phew! Approved by Immy as a SETUP1, though the entry on M1 was a few candles late!)

here is a hint... You will find that Setup 1 requires a sleeping gator... on M1... and Open gator on M5. if you trade a setup 1 on M5, m1  will be NEVER a setup 1. they don't setup at the same time by default.

you're getting there slowing. The entry here was completely wrong, too early. But you know that later, if you took the entry at the box break, you'd have taken What is a Perfect setup 1. As marked on the chart attached 

My question to you is, Why did you enter where you have entered? That is NOT the correct entry spot, I will NOT give you DS1. No way. at the time of your entry, it was NOT A SETUP 1

Thanks, Immy for the AMAZING video review! 
That helped me a lot and I have updated my journal entries as a result. I feel more confident now with what to look for and more hopeful.

I rushed the entry, looking at M5 and M1 for an entry, and did not wait for the dot (not following the correct rules, basically).

Please let me know if my Reinforcement note for M1/M5 charts is correct.

5. Comments and Feelings at the Time of Taking The Trade: It looked like a great SELL setup to me. And so I thought.
6. Comments and Trades After Exiting the Trade: I entered on M5 and then discussed it on Discord and Immy fixed my understand as I got so many things wrong.
7. DS (Discipline score) For this Trade: 0 (for a wrong timeframe and a bigger risk)

The entry here was ridiculous. I traded on M5 with 53 points stop loss, which is huge, with a projected target of 35points which is absurd. We need at least 1R and preferably 2R profit target. Moreover, I did this without even considering the M30 chart! 
My plan is to trade M1/M5 and NOT M5/M30

Note to self:

I did not FUNDAMENTALLY grasp the whole essence of T20. It is THIS:
WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT PROFITS here!!! THE PRIMARY aim is to acquire DISCIPLINE, DS1s, no more no less!!!
So DS1 is gained when:
Our trade plan is followed.
When Setup 1 is taken correctly.
When we place a pending order with the Purple correct and away from the box, tight box, dot inside the box, Sleeping gator.
When we take a small rent as price turns around and prints the opposite dot! - THIS IS STILL DS1, with all rules been followed correctly!!
When we re-enter as the correct dot is printed again!
When we let the winning trade play out successfully by moving our stop loss to break even at 1R and/or by letting TP hit 2R.
