Saw some good signals this morning. EURAUD was one of them in my radar since last few days. MA reset took place on 21st March with some nice trend candles down created small pullback. My PO went live at 03.00 and got kicked out on very next candle. Trend continued after that. Bad start but watch out next trade.

You seem to have totally ignored the mutliple levels (and the boxes) ... this is NOT THE SETUP you're looking for . The setup you're looking for is the ones we are seeing today on UJ and AJ and GJ and have been seeing the past few weeks.

GJ created nice pinbar yesterday at 14.00 near 50 EMA. Reminded me of our good old Adam's Apple. Then few trend candles, i saw this pattern and loved it. Signals popped up around session close so i refrained from placing PO around that time as per my plan,
market closing time brings liquidity down, broker reboot their servers and spread goes crazy so best to avoid it. PO went live and and hit 3R, what else do you want. Covered my previous loss.

Don't do this again. :)

Focus on the signals. And taken them when its time to take them. Both your trades are DS0.

cheers

Yet again i collected one more wrong trade. My judgement about impulse wave turned out false and timing of trade was not appropriate either. Have watched the videos again. Looking forward to correct these mistakes next week. DS0 for this.

Yes. Where is the impulse move? Rule 1 - Where is the Impulse move.
Please spend some time understanding the difference between
a) TR and Trend
b) Breakout phase and Channel
Once you get that, you will be NEXT level.

fxsam wrote: 25 Mar 2022, 23:09 This marks end of first week for the Mock challenge. Mix feelings for me, though i am down nearly 3% on this account, there are some real positives this month. Switching to H1 has been fantastic journey and experience, Putting up new trading plan, started journaling after a very very long time and my other account is 25% up before i switch it to this.

Going forward, i am looking forward to correct some initial mistakes i have made this week and get better at executing my trading plan. i will remind myself, TRADE YOUR PLAN.

Thanks @iMi for mentoring and your everlasting efforts to improve me.  :)
 I will get there eventually.

Yes, as you can see already. Journaling makes a hell of a difference. Without it, you'd not have found your mistakes. Now you know. Trading is hard work.

cheers

I was travelling last week. Beautiful town called Nelson Bay located north east of Sydney. Small town located at east cost of Australia.
Spotted this waltz seed when imi called out in discord. i noticed it one candle later so my PO was below that and had buffer of 2 pips which actually worked in my favour and survived from 13:00 candle.

My PO went live on 15:00 and went in my favour for more than 2R but snapped back sharp. I went for bed after PO placement, sadly when i woke up and checked it was BE. This was my 3% trade and would have won me a challenge. Disappointed for sure. So challenge continues in this week. Hope i will hit target this week.

Keep up the good work :)  :bow

Not happy with myself this week. Looking forward to rectify these mistakes next week and come up with better time management.

I regret to inform you, Sam, that You have lost the challenge. Please do a review and restart with a FRESH 10K account. Your Drawdown went past 10% today.

The job now is to find out why we lost the challenge. What are the trades that should not have taken. And calculate the overall DS. If it was below 70% then no further excuses. Keep DS above 70% at the very least.

GU broke out nicely on friday and cleared all the levels to the left. D1 also shows momentum bar with no level. I have missed friday's move.
Today morning 02:00 was kind of first signal Seed within same wave which has started on friday. I saw momentum bars after that, 04:00 created new lower low and perfect two candle pullback. I have ran through all 7 Rules and all of them were ticking box. Placed PO below 07.00 and hit 3R. Good to start new challenge with winning trade.

Great trade Sam!
