Hi 

English might not be your first language and probably for that reason it might even help but if you could you should write some stuff with your trades. Otherwise you will NOT learn anything from it. 

At the very least you should have a a Tally of the Trades and discipline score . What is your purpose? Why do you have a journal?

So, what is your goal ? What do you want to get out of the journal? 

I it just to record screenshots? or is it to record your trades so that you can GET BETTER?

or are you already better ? if already better there is no need to get better... but of course you want to get better...

so PUT THE WORK and maintain a good journal instead of just depositing screenshots

AT least have one Question: Have I followed my rules for this trade? Yes DS1 , No, DS 0.

Week 9-13/05/2022 

T01 EU +2R (+1%)  Trade within TR DS0


T02 AU +4R (+2%) taken from the phone on the train I had a different feed on it. DS0


 T03 AU- Rent -1R(-0.5%) there was a valid signal when I was taking this trade. I ignored the fact that there was red news in US.When I look at it now this was a3rd pulback. DS0



GU Sell ( Seed) (Filtered due to support level but had I had it  drawn diferently I would have taken this siglan for sure) 


T04 EJ  Sell ( seed02)       +4R (2%) DS1

T05 EJ  Sell (limit order) +7R (3.5%) DS0

Profitable week but most trades are DS0. Over all I agree with Imi that I rarely trade the banana system I do my own thing so this means that I don’t understand it. I am impatient and as a result I see a valid signals all the time. Crazy shit!From next week I will be using flow chart that Imi prepared to filter trades. Yes, that was a good good week of trading( kind of two days realy) with so many Rs. 1H is working for me best I have to say. Market was kind and kept falling and falling. I have to stay away from it  once it gets into TR
