The Sneak Attack

Hi all been trading forex about 2 - 3 years now. Trade 4hr with my own method doing well so far. Think it was in november when the light came on and i finally got my brain in gear the ah ha moment as some call it. I work full time so will be trading the dow from 5 pm til 9 pm can have some nice moves like tonight had over a 50 pip mover which i was on with 3 add ons nice little earner had trade last night for 16 pips. So far so good. Not a expert with aims but i think i nearly get it.A setup is a setup, I want to keep it simple not over look things. I have seen people count waves dont really get that at the min will look into but it seems other thing that will make me over look a trade. Only thing i will look at is the setup that is on the flow chart and price action like not taking a trade on brn, looking out for big s and r levels ect

Hi Luke

Congratulations on starting your own journal. I always say, and will always say, nothing beats 'keeping a journal' when it comes to learning, and improving any skill and knowing yourself. Journal is the best thing. Now what you'd need is Discipline to keep your journal updated. We will see and comment as the time goes. The community spirit is high here. Enjoy your trading

HI can I ask if you change the settings for trading the DOW and what time frame do you use?

Hi not changed the settings, i have it as it comes dont really want to mess about with adding and deleting stuff if this system works you shouldnt need to change. i am sure immy and the rest have found the best way of having them so keeping with the manual. 1/5 min seems to work well for the dow. No trades today little legs took most of my time up :)
