Re: Bettina's Journal
Hi Mdock,
it' s a very small indicator, but not very flexibel at the moment.
It doesn't work with your current SL. I just enter my average SL ( part of my excel ) of the month ( this is always 9 with AIMS ), because I don't like to change my lotsize with every trade.
And it works only for USD based pairs ( up to now, could change that of course ).
No problem to share it ( only ex4, for mq4 I have to check commentaries first).
Bettina
Edit : Doesn't work for microlots

Sorry, please don't use the indicator. It's made only for an EUR account. I will think about an update with other account currencies.

Re: Bettina's Journal
Hi all,
after a long period of nothing but loosers, I changed completely to GU. Since last week I already had a couple of nice trades, today's one was the best with +26 pips.
Cheers

Re: Bettina's Journal
Hi Bettina
Excellent Trade. I was watching GU as well, due to multiple monitors and very tight range specially on EU I'm watching GU, EU and EJ on three screens. with the 4th one for my H1 Charts. I saw GU on H1 but decided against the Setup at that time, only to see it break down for what looks like 5th down. based on that I moved down, (but I already have GU up all the time anyway) and found this setup. It was a delight, but I took only 13 pips.
Well Done

Re: Bettina's Journal
Hi Bettina,
Well done on that set up!
I have not been actively trading AIMS since joining back in March but have been frequently visiting the site to see whats been going on. I have to be honest and say that I have been somewhat distracted by other systems/methods I purchased sometime ago but with no success - I can see really good potential with AIMS and I must now concentrate 100% here as from what I have seen AIMS is by far the best trading system around!
I lost my job a few months back and find myself with a great opportunity to give this my full attention.

Re: Bettina's Journal
Hi Immy,
I don't feel ready to watch so many currencies, so want to restrict to one, but my impression the last weeks was, that GU doesn't offer so many possibilities to be on the wrong side of the market. The setups seem to be some how clearer, less questionable, there are more and the single run is more pips, than EU privides mostly. Of course there are good EU trades as well, but it offers a lot of traps for me too.
Ian,
nice to meet you here,
yes, I also think AIMS to be one of the best systems and it fits me especially with the TFs M1 and M5, but, even if you understood everything, a lot of experience is necessary to "see" the profitable trades. My setups the last month always were to early, getting lost in the last w4 or w2 peak.
The thing I most want to sharpen is the view on M5 and get away from the waves ( a bit ).
Good luck for you !
