"Green had crossed the red but not the blue yet" is your answer. it was not open. But remember Alligator lines shifted into future so you gotta look at the ends.
plus you gotta look at the over all trend using 140 candles analysis. That is the eWave or AIMS Wave analysis. So if Wave says its 3 down and now 4 up, it does not matter if gator is open to upside or not, you are expecting further down.

The only thing is that I took the pic to late. At that time there was recently a w3 up and I was expecting a 5 up ( part of 4 down or not ).
That's the point, where I'm always hesitating : 3 down and then 3 up. I understood that then, only the allis can decide. If they are questionable, then... stay out ( I guess ).
