Re: BobbyF's Journal
Hi Bobby,
These are just my thoughts - and I am pretty much a base level newbie at the moment, so haven't moved from the E-Book too much yet. Tried a bit of trading with initial success then losses, so re-reading a few times to get it in.
Please don't think of the below as criticism, but things to ponder as I could be very wrong myself with them. Looking at other charts helps me as well
May it have been a bit long since the eWaves crossed to 0 line? I read that you need a recent crossing of the AO (in the book and not eWaves) line??
When the Red histogram turned magenta, the book mentioned to consider an exit. This possibly might have saved pips and got you back much closer to BE??
Always seems easy in hindsight though.
Looks like you are becoming quite accomplished with this method anyway, and I am sure the rent you paid will come back very soon.
Also, where did you get the nice indicator box showing Alligator, Purple and Box statuses. They look great
Good luck with it all. I am a long way behind you guys, but happy to watch others success as I am slowly coming up to speed :-bd

Re: BobbyF's Journal
Hey Kyle, I need all the feedback I can get, don't worry about upsetting me!
Yes fresh crosses are perfect but the indicator shows yellow areas as a guide to where it's acceptable to go in. In hindsight it's obvious that I should have moved SL to BE when that doji formed.
"Accomplished" ! I wish!
The extra labels on the charts are stuff that I lobbed on myself when earlier versions of the indicators could be decompiled and edited. I really don't use them nowadays, apart from glancing to see the height of the AIMS box, and later versions of the indicators can colour-code the boxes anyway if they're "too big", so there's no need for that either. I should probably take them off.....

Re: BobbyF's Journal
Tuesday 12th June. For a change here are some H1 trades I took this evening, using Grant's longer time-frame money management.
Trade 1, Dow, +50:
Trade 2, AU, +24:
Trade 3, UC, -2:
I'm beginning to think I might be more suited to longer time-frames....

Well done! this was great setup. though it did not setup as beautifully on Alpari feed but its ok, brokers feed change from time to time. I think the second thrust up should have got you out but still, you hit a good trade. well done.
